Welcome to AutoDEX Trader ("the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered decentralized exchange (DEX) trading bot and related services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Our Service

AutoDEX Trader provides an automated trading solution that assists users in executing cryptocurrency trades on various decentralized exchanges (DEXs). Our AI identifies potential "buy the dip" and "sell the rip" opportunities based on your configurable parameters. Users maintain full control by confirming each transaction directly through their connected Web3 wallet.

The Platform is non-custodial: We do not hold your funds or private keys at any time. All transactions are executed directly from your connected Web3 wallet to the relevant blockchain smart contracts (e.g., DEX liquidity pools) after your explicit approval.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You possess the necessary knowledge and understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the risks associated with trading digital assets.
• You understand that using the Platform involves significant financial risk, as detailed in our Risk Disclosure.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for waitlist registration and platform access.
• You are solely responsible for securing your Web3 wallet, private keys, and any associated credentials. We are not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to protect your wallet.
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems or networks.
• Using any automated system (other than the AutoDEX Trader bot itself, as intended) to access the Platform.
• Transmitting any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the underlying AI algorithms, are the exclusive property of [Your Company Name] and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform, except as generally permitted for personal, non-commercial use.

• No Financial Advice: AutoDEX Trader provides automated trading tools based on your defined parameters; it does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or any other professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with the use of our Platform and any information found on it.
• No Guaranteed Profits: The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile. While our AI aims to optimize trading, we do not guarantee any profits or protection against losses. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Third-Party Risks: The Platform interacts with third-party DEXs and blockchain networks, which carry their own inherent risks (e.g., smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, liquidity issues). We are not responsible for losses incurred due to these third-party risks.

6. Limitation of Liability
